Summer is here but start thinking about autumn

The school summer holidays are now underway and it about time we all finally found time to enjoy ourselves.

It has been a very difficult 12 months for most of us, living in lockdown, not seeing friends and family as much as we would like and not being able to do many of the pastimes we enjoy.

Now the situation has loosened up but we are all aware we still need to take things slowly and carefully.

Some of us might be managing to get abroad this summer but in all likelihood many will be hoping to escape to somewhere else in the UK.

And, if not, perhaps we might find time for a few days out by the sea, in the countryside or at least to visit those we haven’t seen for so long.

While you are taking to chance to relax, however, it worth giving some thought to the autumn months that lie ahead.

Tenants currently living in rented accommodation and perhaps considering a move before Christmas ought to think about registering with an agency such as Norfolk Property Management & Lettings as soon as possible.

We can then start searching on their behalf and talk them through what will be required in the event that we are able to match them up with their perfect property.

For landlords keen to let their properties in the autumn, now is also the time to make contact.

Many people consider a September move and you don’t want to miss any opportunities that might bring about.

Landlords who are considering switching agents should give us a call on 01603 219319 so we can explain to them just how flexible and bespoke our personal service can be in order to meet their needs.

Likewise, new landlords – those perhaps who have moved in with partners or who have inherited a property and now have an empty home – are also welcome to find out just how we can help them.

We have been operating in Norwich and Norfolk for decades and our small, friendly team has a wealth of experience.

We can offer as much of a service as you would like us to take on and are happy to shoulder the weight of the legal complexities and ongoing building management if you wish.

Contact us for further information and then you can make the best decision to meet your own needs.
