We will require a copy of your:

  • ID (valid passport or driving licence
  • Proof of employment (3 months wage slips)
  • Proof of residency (Utility bill)
  • Three months bank statements

We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for regulated agents, which ensures our tenants’ deposits are protected.

Insurance policies are available to protect your damage deposit in the event of accidental damage to the landlord’s property.


We offer many methods for paying rent, including bank standing orders or debit card payments by phone or in person at our office.
