Smooth sailing for landlords and tenants

The service we offer is continuing to improve as we see the results of our recent merger.

Norfolk Property Lettings & Management joined forces with Norwich-based Link-Up Properties a few weeks ago and we are already developing the business together.

All Paul Beglarian’s many clients from Link-Up Properties have chosen to stay with us and we are thrilled to see new landlords opting to work with us too.

We truly believe that as an independent agency we can offer the bespoke, flexible services many are seeking.

Between our team, we have vast experience and extensive local knowledge and are able to offer a personal service.

We have worked with some of our landlords and tenants for many years now and feel their testimonials speak for themselves.

We pride ourselves on not only being reliable and efficient at what we do but also friendly, approachable and always happy to help.

Looking ahead, our aim now is to continue to grow the business while remaining hands-on in everything we do.

We will continue to advise and support our tenants and, of course, we are busy planning for June 1 when the Tenancy Fees Bill comes into force.

Landlords are, of course, welcome to call us to discuss the implications of this.

In the meantime, we continue to take on properties, ranging from stylish city centre apartments to large Victorian family homes.

Tenants should have a good look at what we have available and are also welcome to call us for a chat.

We even have some mooring plots available in Horning at the moment!

These are £85 per calendar month and could be perfect for boat enthusiasts keen to get out on to the water as the weather really starts warming up.
