Norfolk Property Lettings & Management has merged with Norwich-based Link Up Properties.
Our aim was to pool the expertise of both businesses, create a much broader portfolio and to build on the personal service we offer landlords and tenants as a truly independent company.
Paul Beglarian, of Link Up Properties, will continue to work with us in the role of consultant and his many clients will be able to contact him at our offices on Charing Cross in Norwich.
Paul brings considerable expertise to the company and all our clients will now benefit from an even more efficient service, while still enjoying the many advantages of an independent agent.
Norfolk Property Lettings & Management has been operating for more than 20 years now and manages a wide range of homes, from stylish city-centre studios to impressive country houses.
As a team, we have vast experience and extensive local knowledge and we are able to offer a hands-on service.
We have a city centre office where people can drop in to speak to one of our friendly team members – or if it’s easier for them they can contact us by phone or email.
We offer a truly bespoke service which is tailored to the needs of every individual customer, from finding the right tenants for our landlords’ properties to providing a full, on-going management service.
As an independent agency, we understand how important it is that we are there round the clock to offer our support to both landlords and tenants, which is why they can even reach us on a Sunday night if necessary!
With both businesses growing it made sense to come together to offer all our properties and services from under one roof.
We decided to keep the name as Norfolk Property Letting and Management as the name is well known in the city.
