We go on to carry out full screening and financial checks, and to obtain references on anyone who seems to be suitable, and if everything is as it should be, we can then arrange everything required for the let.
This ranges from preparing tenancy agreements to securing advance rental payments and deposits.
For those who wish to retain our services, we also offer a full management service, which includes preparing inventories, collecting rent and inspecting all our properties regularly.
We submit reports to our landlords so they know exactly what condition their valuable property is in and we are happy to oversee repair work.
