What has been heartening to see, however, is how much people have pulled together to help each other out where possible or have adapted their services to suit “the new normal.”

We are all still here offering our full service, but if you would like to come to see us in our (Covid-secure) office we are asking you to make an appointment.
As ever, our service is flexible and can be offered in a way that suits each and every landlord.
During these troubled times, however, we are also offering to manage rental properties for much shorter stints than usual.
We are hearing how difficult it can be for landlords to organise finding tenants, make rental property visits, carry out rent collections and manage repair work – because of the various issues around the coronavirus.
We would therefore like to let anyone in that situation know that we are very happy to step in to help them out for any period of time from just a few weeks.
We are well set up to oversee all aspects of property rental, management and maintenance.
