To do this, we will require a copy of your ID (valid passport or driving licence), proof of employment (three months’ wage slips), proof of residency (utility bill) and three months’ bank statements.
Then, as long as the current tenant is not still serving out his or her notice – and no serious maintenance work is required on the property – there is no reason why you should not move straight in.
