Viewing rental properties from a distance

Spring is typically a busy time for the rental market – students are frantically sorting out their accommodation for the new academic year and it is generally a time of change.

We are currently seeing new landlords coming across to us from some of the bigger, corporate companies as they increasingly seek a bespoke service.

As a result, we have plenty of rental homes for tenants to consider if they are thinking of making a move.

We are aware, however, of the concerns around coronavirus and want to reassure prospective tenants that there are alternatives to viewing their potential next home in person.

We often have people moving to Norfolk from other parts of the country – even the world – and have conducted viewings via video in the past.

Therefore, anyone not wishing to travel across the country at the moment or who would rather not carry out a viewing in person should contact us to discuss this option.

A member of our team can always visit the property and walk the prospective tenant round it via WhatsAppFaceTime or another video-phone platform.

We had one client who viewed a property in Norwich from America this way – she liked what she saw and is now very happily living there!
