Summer is over and the autumn term is beginning

The students are starting to arrive back ready for their courses to begin and we have some interesting new properties on our books.

This time of year is always interesting at Norfolk Property Lettings & Management.

The holidays are over and the students start pouring back into the city.

Most will have found somewhere to live already but there are always a few last-minute calls from those who are perhaps not quite so organised or who have made late changes.

If you are a student seeking a new place to live then it might be worth reading our useful guide on where to begin and what to look for.

Any prospective landlords who have been considering letting to students are also very welcome to contact us for advice.

This also seems to be a busy time for professionals and families seeking new rental homes – tenants are often keen to be in and settled well before Christmas.

As ever, we have a good range of potential homes for them to consider, including some characterful, warm and welcoming properties, which would be perfect for the autumn and winter months.

We have an older home on St Miles Alley, in Norwich, for example, has beautiful beams and an inglenook fireplace.

It is available at £725 per calendar month and is within walking distance of the city centre.

Further out into the county, we have also recently taken on an attractive cottage at Ludham.

This period home is available at £575 per calendar month and enjoys good access to the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

It could be perfect for anyone who enjoys long country walks and wants to enjoy all the colours of autumn in their full glory.
