New properties, more tenants and changes in the law

June has already been an exceptionally busy time for us here at Norfolk Property Lettings and Management.

At the beginning of the month the Tenancy Fees Act came into force and we have been getting to grips with the new regulations.

So far everything has run smoothly and we have been able to advise our landlords and reassure them that our service to them will not change.

We have also been approached by large numbers of tenants seeking new homes ready for the summer.

Again, we have done our best to help them out – guiding them to the wide variety we currently have available within our broad portfolio.

Some interesting new properties have recently become vacant in Norwich and beyond.

On Newmarket Road, for example, we have two very different but equally high quality homes.

One is a recently extended and renovated, two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment, with a fabulous architect-designed kitchen breakfast room to the rear.

With a large sitting room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and parking for two cars as well, this is available at £950 per calendar month.

The other, which has also recently been renovated, is set in a pretty period property and is available at £850 per calendar month.

This first-floor apartment comprises a new fitted kitchen, large sitting room, two double bedrooms, small study and bathroom.

Whether you are looking for your next home or have a property you are considering letting out, do give us a call.

We can chat about what we can offer you and give you advice on how to proceed as summer approaches.
