In the world of rental properties and lettings, the past 12 months have certainly seen ups, downs and many changes.
But we want to reassure our landlords and tenants that we are still here to offer them our services and support whenever needed.
To our landlords, we still offer a very hands-on, highly flexible service that can be tailored to meet their very precise and particular requirements.
We can take on as much or as little of the rental of their property as they would like, from finding them just the right tenants to collecting rent and overseeing maintenance.
We also work hard for our tenants, ensuring their homes are the standard they should be and that they feel safe, secure and able to approach us about any concerns.
Having been in the business for such a long time now, we have seen huge changes in both the industry and the market.
We have ensured we have remained abreast of all developments, including legislation, to enable us to help our landlords and tenants navigate the complexities, while evolving as necessary ourselves.
Through it all, however, the essence and ethos of Norfolk Property Management and Lettings have remained the same.
We are a team of friendly, hardworking individuals who live right here in Norwich and Norfolk and are here, ready to respond when needed.
We don’t operate from a national call centre – we are real people in a city centre office – and, as such, we have a deep understanding of our local market.
We have longstanding relationships with very many of our landlords and tenants, and we our very proud of our reputation as an agency that can be trusted.
