As the coronavirus pandemic continues, we remain at the helm of Norfolk Property Lettings & Management, supporting landlords and tenants wherever we can.

Our Norwich office is staffed by rotation and we have implemented safety measures, such as installing a transparent screen with a slot for keys and documents at our front desk and making sure we keep good supplies of hand sanitiser, masks and gloves at all times.

But we are asking visitors to call or email to make an appointment first – this makes it much easier for us to ensure we only have one person in the public area at any time.

Some of our staff are working from home but they are available to answer your calls and emails on our usual phone number and at our normal email addresses.

Our landlords and tenants have been calling upon us since the beginning of lockdown and we have done everything possible to ensure a smooth service.

At all times, our aim is to work closely with them to ensure everyone gets through this exceptionally difficult time as best they can.

We have succeeded in finding rental homes for frontline workers and have managed to let properties by showing prospective tenants videos and by using digital systems such as DocuSign where possible.

Now the housing market has opened up a little, and tenants are allowed to visit properties under careful social distancing rules, we expect to ease carefully into that too.

Our staff will be masked and gloved on all visits and will maintain a safe two-metre distance wherever possible.

We will follow government guidance in suggesting the property is empty, again where possible, and by opening inside doors.

Our staff will wait outside while prospective tenants look round and all door handles and surfaces that might have been touched will be wiped down after each visit.

This current situation is difficult for all of us, but we are here to help you find and let your rental homes and will do all we can to keep everyone as safe as possible during the process.
